Account Cancellation: Cancellation of memberships must be in writing by completing the form found on the Account Profile page in the Cancellation section. Property activation fees will not be prorated. Your account will be deleted along with all content associated with your account.

Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.
